Weight watchers

So I started weight watchers a week ago and so far I have found it is very easy to use and I’ve lost 5lbs already. I have two apps on my iphone that make tracking sooo easy. You can basically eat as much as you want as long as you don’t go over you point allowance and you also get a weekly allowance that you can use in case you go over your daily. I will keep updating but so far I’m glad I signed up!
